A new development of spacious apartments on the outskirts of Parnu, Estonia.Reservations are invited on this recently started development just outside Parnu. Haraldi has been designed to provide carefree apartment living in a rural community setting, equally suitable for full-time use or as holiday homes. On completion the complex will include a motel and shop. A full management service will care for the site and the buildings on it.
General Description This small complex will comprise the motel and a pair of executive houses, with the main feature being the 8 two storey buildings, each offering 4 large apartments on each floor. The external spiral staircases echo the mediaeval turrets that can be seen in Tallinn’s old town district, brought up to date by the use of curved glass. The exterior of each building will feature panels of locally-quarried limestone, and will contrast with its neighbour by the subtle use of different pastel shades for the rendered surfaces.
To give you peace of mind all apartments will have heating supplied by a central computerised system.
Ambience and security will be assured with metalled roads and pavements, together with street lighting, on completion. Site management will include snow clearance, road sweeping and maintenance of the soft landscaping.
Apartment owners will be given beneficial terms for membership/access to the motel complex which will include a swimming pool and fitness centre.
The Apartments The apartments range from 80.7-85.5 square metres in area, plus a 10.2 sqm private terrace or balcony. Each has 2 bedrooms, living area, fitted kitchen with appliances, and a bathroom with sauna. The spacious character of the apartments will be enhanced by high ceilings, large windows and the glazed covering to the external staircases. The entrance lobby in every property is large enough to allow for storage of outdoor clothes and other smaller items, while outdoor storage rooms provide space for bicycles and larger objects. Outdoor living has been taken care of. Each group of 4 apartments will share the use of 2 large roof terraces. The garden of each block has an ancillary building containing individual storage rooms for each apartment, together with a covered barbeque. The properties will be fully cabled for Internet, landline, security alarm and connection to the building’s satellite dishes.
These homes will be fully finished, ready to furnish and move into. The first phase, available to reserve now, will be completed in Spring 2008.
